Program Structure
Tiny Tots (4 & 5 yo)
Parent-Child Session
- For kids age 4 & 5 years old. It is a parent-child session which gives an opportunity for parent and child to bond through the sport and further develop the love for the sport.
- This program is based on the GymMix syllabus which is a resource for participants developed by Gymnastics Australia.
General Gymnastics (6 to 12 yo)

- For kids age 6 to 12 years old with no prior experience. Participants are provided with exciting opportunities to safely experience a broad range of gymnastics activities, with a flexible approach to assessment.
- Lesson plan will include stretching for flexibility, strength, conditioning and apparatus handling.
- As participants progress though the level of fundamental skills, they will get fit while having fun working with their friends.
Aesthetic Group Gymnastics (AGG)
Four Continent Championship 2019, Singapore
- This is a competition base program for kids age 6 & above who loves to dance and a team player.
- Placement into the Aspire AGG team is based on age, abilties, IFAGG (Aesthetic Group Gymnastics governing body) rules and Kickstart's competition team policies.
- Lesson plan will include stretching for flexibility, strength, conditioning and apparatus handling.

Asia Pacific Cup 2018 in China
Founded in 2006, Kickstart Gymnastics is a Gymnastics School based in Ampang, Malaysia for kids age 4 years and above. We have trained over 800 gymnast since we started.
Kickstart is committed to prepare children to thrive and to lead in an increasingly complex and competitive world through the beauty and joy of pursuing gymnastics, while developing and nurturing each child to achieve their potential and learn the basis of personal development.
Our dedication to our student is absolute. We aspire to promote diversity in the sports of gymnastics. At Kickstart, we believe that the best gift we can give a child is confidence. Our entire program is designed with the aim to provide that. Our approach assures that each child feels a sense of accomplishment in an environment that encourages fun learning.

- Our Methodology is to teach lessons in a fun, engaging, safe environment and raise the child's self esteem. To provide a solid foundation and progression for developing children; whether in recreational or competitive program.
About The Founder
In 2003, Miss Dina submitted an entry for Nescafe Kickstart, a reality TV show ‘Where Dreams Become Reality”. She aspires to be a coach and to have her own gymnastics school. She was disappointed when she didn’t get through to the final round but looking back, she knows it was a blessing in disguise. She was determine to not let the dream die off and it took her on a learning journey of self discoveries.
Today, that young girl is the founder of Kickstart Gymnastics. Backed by her achievements as an ex-national gymnast and the courses she attended; she is now a certified Level 2 RG Coach and Level 1 AGG Judge. She also sits as a Council Member in the Malaysian Aesthetic Group Gymnastics Association.
Miss Dina is a strong believer that discipline, perseverance and the ability to think outside the box will get a person to the top and this is what she wants to instill in her students.
